An Introduction
What Are Family Constellations?
A relational practice for noticing inherited patterns, widening perspective, and making room for a different way forward.

The Practice
Seeing the wider system
Family constellations is an experiential practice that explores how our lives may be shaped by relationships, loyalties, and patterns within our family systems.
Rather than focusing only on the individual, the work considers the wider field we belong to. A constellation can offer a new view of what has felt stuck, repeated, or difficult to name—and invite movement toward greater clarity and connection.
What to Expect
In a 1:1 session
We begin with what you want to explore, then use a simple visual mapping process to bring relationships and patterns into view. You remain at the center of the pace and direction of the work.
In a group workshop
Participants may bring an issue to explore, serve as representatives, or witness the process. Each role can offer insight, and participation is always invitational.
